We are seeking a dynamic and revenue-driven Sales Manager with 5 years of proven experience in PR sales, corporate partnerships, and event sales.
The ideal candidate should have a strong track record of closing high-value B2B deals, pitching premium services to founders and corporate decision-makers, and consistently achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition in PR, corporate collaborations, and event sponsorship sales
- Develop and execute structured sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Confidently pitch premium PR, media, and event services to founders, CXOs, and senior stakeholders
- Lead negotiations and effectively handle objections to close high-ticket deals
- Build and maintain long-term corporate client relationships
- Manage sales pipeline through CRM and ensure structured daily/weekly reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience (mandatory) in PR Sales / Corporate Sales / Event Sales / B2B Sales
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue-based sales targets
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with founders and key decision-makers
- Experience in PR, media sales, advertising, or marketing sales is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and lead tracking tools
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and performance-focused mindset
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with structured reporting
