Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets, and lead and motivate a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities include driving business growth, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and producing regular sales reports and forecasts. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business goals is also a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Strong knowledge of Market Analysis, Client Relationship Management, and Lead Generation
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills with standout Presentation abilities
  • Experience in Team Leadership and the ability to mentor and manage a sales team effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Sales Reporting software
  • Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving skills to address business challenges proactively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in the water management or environmental solutions industry will be advantageous
