Role Summary
Lead the entire NCR acquisition engine. Hire, train, manage, and drive the team while owning regional targets. Operate like a mini-CEO for the region.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Manage acquisition managers and operations team
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Review performance and coach the team
Hire and train new members
Ensure accountability and execution discipline
Regional Growth & Closures
Drive overall regional closure targets
Personally close strategic or high-value schools
Lead tough negotiations and partnerships
Pipeline & Execution Control
Ensure CRM discipline across the team
Track calls, meetings, proposals, and closures
Identify and unblock stuck deals
Strategy & Expansion
Identify new clusters and opportunities
Plan territory allocation
Monitor competitors and pricing
Share insights and reports with founders
KPIs (Success Metrics)
Regional revenue and closure targets
Team productivity per manager
Conversion rates
Hiring and retention
CRM compliance
Must-Have Requirements
5–8+ years experience in education or institutional sales
Prior team management experience
Strong network within NCR schools
Comfortable with both field work and leadership responsibilities
Compensation
Fixed Salary: 75,000 – 1,25,000 INR per month
