Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will lead and guide a sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and support team members in achieving revenue and conversion goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and property presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing suitable real estate solutions in line with OCI's service standards. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for campaign execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes, while preparing regular sales forecasts and MIS reports for leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in sales planning, pipeline management, and revenue target achievement within real estate or related sectors.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing abilities with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience in team leadership, including mentoring, training, and performance management of sales professionals.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for tracking and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct effective client meetings and presentations in a clear and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in real estate sales, financial services sales, or high-value B2C/B2B sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Lucknow real estate market and local regulations is a plus.
