Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Lucknow. The Sales Manager will lead and guide a sales team, set targets, monitor performance, and support team members in achieving revenue and conversion goals. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and property presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to closure. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and providing suitable real estate solutions in line with OCI's service standards. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams for campaign execution, reporting, and continuous improvement of sales processes, while preparing regular sales forecasts and MIS reports for leadership.
