We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Sales Manager – Zoho Solutions to lead our Zoho sales initiatives. The role requires deep expertise in Zoho ecosystem sales, strong pipeline management, CXO-level engagement, and the ability to drive structured revenue growth through CRM-driven sales processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SaaS solution selling, account expansion, proposal preparation, and digital transformation consulting across multiple Zoho applications.Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive Zoho solution revenue
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Expand business through new logo acquisition and key account growth
Drive up selling and cross-selling across the Zoho ecosystem
Lead & Pipeline Management
Oversee structured lead qualification using BANT framework
Ensure proper pipeline creation, deal staging, and forecasting accuracy
Maintain strong conversion ratios across the sales funnel
Prevent lead leakage through disciplined CRM management
Proposal Development & Commercial Structuring
Prepare detailed and customized business proposals and commercial quotes
Align solutions with client requirements and scope of work
Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams for technical and functional inputs
Present proposals confidently to decision-makers and stakeholders
Negotiate commercials and close deals effectively
Enterprise & CXO Engagement
Engage with CXOs, IT Heads, CFOs, CHROs, and decision-makers
Identify operational gaps and position Zoho as a strategic solution
Lead high-value enterprise discussions and negotiations
Deal Closure & Cross-Functional Coordination
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting to closure
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Support teams
Ensure seamless handover post-closure for successful implementation
Customer Retention & Account Growth
Drive long-term customer relationships and key account retention
Support renewals, expansions, and digital transformation initiatives
Identify new opportunities within existing customer base
CRM Discipline & Reporting
Ensure accurate CRM updates and opportunity tracking
Maintain data hygiene across leads, deals, and accounts
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline insights
Adhere to structured sales workflows and organizational processes
Preferred Candidate Profile
7–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Zoho solution sales
Strong understanding of Zoho ecosystem (CRM, Books, People, Desk, Creator, Projects, etc.)
Proven track record of revenue growth and key account retention
Strong experience in proposal creation, commercial structuring, and negotiation
Experience in enterprise solution selling and digital transformation consulting
Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
High ownership mindset with structured, process-driven approach
