About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Cloud Sales to drive revenue growth through strategic cloud solution sales. You will target enterprise and mid-market clients, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design and close tailored cloud solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales for cloud solutions across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through networking and partnerships.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, migration, managed services).
- Deliver client presentations, demos, and solution workshops.
- Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to create proposals and solution designs.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and deal closures.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to drive account expansion and renewals.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for leadership.
- Stay current on cloud trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B technology or cloud sales.
- Proven track record selling cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP, SaaS, or managed cloud services).
- Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, migrations, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts and longer sales cycles is preferred.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network of contacts among enterprise IT decision-makers.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
- Strong presentation, consultative selling, and solution-selling skills.
