Assistant Manager / Manager – Ad Sales
Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Drive ad sales revenue through agencies, corporate clients, and direct brands.
- Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities across digital, branded content, and integrated media solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and media plans as per client requirements.
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and ensure timely collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth campaign execution.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Key Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in Media / Ad Sales / Digital Sales.
- Strong network with agencies and corporate clients in Bengaluru.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital advertising and integrated media solutions.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Background
- Candidates from Media, Digital Publishing, Advertising, Radio, or Print industries.
