About This Role

We're looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales professional based in India who can drive new business across high-growth international markets — specifically Africa, the Philippines, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and the broader GCC region. This is a hunting-first role focused on building pipeline, navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, and closing strategic deals with large organizations across geographies.

You'll operate with significant autonomy in a fast-paced, unstructured environment, engaging directly with senior stakeholders in diverse markets. Success here demands regional market intelligence, cultural fluency, and the ability to sell consultatively into enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the full enterprise sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation, commercials, and closure — across assigned international markets (Africa, Philippines, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, GCC).
  • Conduct deep market and prospect research to identify business opportunities and tailor pitches to regional context and buyer personas.
  • Lead senior-level conversations with enterprise stakeholders, present Xoxoday solutions compellingly, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Build and manage a robust, multi-geography pipeline with consistent forecast accuracy.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for each assigned region, factoring in local market dynamics, competitive landscape, and buying behavior.
  • Engage in consistent outbound prospecting and structured follow-ups to move leads through the funnel efficiently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams — Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Solutions — to shape proposals and manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, track sales activities rigorously, and report on pipeline health and performance metrics.
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across target accounts and geographies.
  • Operate flexibly across shifts and time zones to align with business hours in Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.

What Are We Looking For

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-oriented sales professional with genuine international market experience. If you don't check every box but believe you're the right fit, we encourage you to apply.

  • Graduate/Postgraduate or equivalent qualification.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise sales, with a proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience selling into one or more of the following markets: Africa, Philippines, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, or GCC. Familiarity with local business culture, buying cycles, and enterprise decision-making in these regions is essential.
  • Experience managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles independently, including complex multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and convert a high-quality sales pipeline across international accounts.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills — capable of engaging C-suite and senior buyers confidently.
  • Strong analytical and consultative selling skills — able to understand customer pain points and position solutions with clarity.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership, resilience, and comfort operating in ambiguity.
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in small, fast-moving teams with high accountability.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and the persistence to overcome objections and close in competitive environments.
  • Willingness to work across time zones (Africa, Southeast Asia, Middle East) based on business needs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Rewards, Loyalty, Fintech, HR Tech, or API-led B2B SaaS.
  • Existing relationships or network within enterprise accounts in Africa, GCC, or Southeast Asia.
  • Multilingual capabilities relevant to target markets (Arabic, Bahasa, Filipino, French for West Africa, etc.).
  • Experience with enterprise procurement, tender, or RFP processes in international markets.
  • Prior experience working in or extensively with teams based in the Middle East or Southeast Asia.
