Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Raipur. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet organizational goals, building and nurturing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. Additional responsibilities include leading and motivating the sales team, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular reports to enhance sales effectiveness. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions tailored to customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills
- Analytical abilities with experience in Sales Forecasting and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of agricultural products, industry trends, and sustainability practices is highly advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Ability to work effectively within the Raipur region and willingness to travel as required
