Job Description

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager – Sales

Location: Nambiar District 25, Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 4 years in real estate sales with a reputable company.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with high-potential clients to understand their real estate needs, investment goals, and budget constraints.
  • Drive end-to-end sales process—from lead qualification and property presentations to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Plan, organize, and execute open house events, site visits, and client meetings to promote residential and commercial properties.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value customers and provide personalized service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and presales teams to align sales strategies with campaign efforts.
  • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to optimize sales approach.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members (for Senior Manager roles).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 - 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in a managerial or team-leading role for AssistantManager / Manager – Sales.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, property pricing, and customer behaviors.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a strong sales orientation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum); additional certifications in Sales/Marketing/Real Estate are a plus.
