Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to join our team at Accor in Mumbai. In this on-site role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, achieve revenue targets, manage client accounts, and represent the brand at various events and meetings. Ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting company services will also be integral to this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales and Business Development, with the ability to generate leads and close deals
  • Strong relationship-building and Client Management skills to maintain partnerships and drive client satisfaction
  • Strategic Planning and Target Achievement capabilities to develop and execute sales plans effectively
  • Experience in Hospitality Sales or a similar service-oriented industry is preferred
  • Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work on-premises in Mumbai and excel in a team-centric environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with market trends and insights, particularly in the hospitality sector
