Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, building long-term relationships, generating leads, presenting offerings, and negotiating deals. The role also involves coaching and mentoring the sales team to meet performance targets, analyzing market trends, and developing strategies to optimize sales and customer satisfaction.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment in Ahmedabad.
