Sales Manager – Molecular Diagnostics for Meril Life Sciences
You will be responsible for driving sales and business development of RT-PCR kits, extraction kits, molecular reagents, and related diagnostic solutions across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving sales growth for RT-PCR and molecular diagnostic products
- Managing key diagnostic labs, hospitals, and pathology chains
- Developing new business opportunities in private and institutional accounts
- Managing distributors and channel partners
- Driving government and tender business opportunities
- Building strong relationships with microbiologists, pathologists, and lab decision-makers
- Ensuring target achievement and market expansion
What we are looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in Molecular Diagnostics / RT-PCR / IVD sales
- Strong exposure to diagnostic labs and hospital business
- Good understanding of RT-PCR workflow, extraction, and molecular assay concepts
- Experience in distributor and tender business management
- Strong key account management skills
