At Dogsee, we are looking for a dynamic International Sales Manager to drive our global expansion. In this role, you will manage international client relationships while building new distribution and retail partnerships across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

• Manage and grow relationships with existing international clients
• Act as the primary contact for key distributor and retail partners
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts

Business Development

• Identify and onboard new distributors and retail partners globally
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international prospects
• Drive expansion into new markets and territories

Strategy & Market Insights

• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Support regional sales strategy and growth initiatives
• Prepare sales forecasts and territory performance reports

Negotiation & Closing

• Lead negotiations with distributors and key accounts
• Structure commercially strong and sustainable partnerships
  

What we're looking for

Required

• 3+ years experience in international sales / business development / key account management
• Experience working with distributors or retail channel partners
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred

• Experience in FMCG, pet food, or consumer products
• Existing international distributor network
• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
