Role Description

The Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies, contribute to achieving revenue goals, and build relationships with clients in an on-site role based in Varanasi. Daily responsibilities include managing sales pipelines, training and supervising team members, identifying new business opportunities, and developing marketing initiatives. Collaboration with other departments, preparing sales reports, and analyzing market trends will also be part of this role. The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in managing sales pipelines
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies, including the use of AI-powered solutions
  • Team management and leadership capabilities to train and supervise sales associates
  • Proficiency in market analysis, client relationship management, and negotiation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics and create actionable strategies to improve performance
  • 1 To 2 Years Experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field preferred
