- Role Summary:
Lead and grow national sales for sustainable paper cups across HORECA and Institutional clients. Responsible for revenue growth, key account management, market expansion, and leading regional sales teams.
Candidate Profile:
- 810 years of B2B sales experience in HORECA/Institutional segments
- Strong exposure to packaging, Disposables-plastic or sustainable and Tissue paper.
- Proven key account and team leadership skills
- MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred
- Should have key connects with HORECA segment
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive national sales strategy and achieve revenue targets
- Manage key HORECA & institutional accounts (QSRs, hotels, corporates, hospitals, airlines)
- Develop new markets and strengthen brand presence
- Lead and mentor sales teams
