Job Overview

Jyoti Limited is looking for an experienced Manager – Sales to drive business development and sales across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in irrigation pump sales and marketing, particularly in large-scale irrigation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, order booking, and business development across the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, dealers, consultants, and government stakeholders.
• Promote and market irrigation pump products and identify new project opportunities.
• Manage customer negotiations and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with irrigation departments and relevant government bodies.
• Travel extensively across Karnataka and Tamil Nadu for customer and project meetings.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience in marketing/sales of VT (Vertical Turbine), Metallic Volute, and HSC Pumps used in Lift Irrigation Schemes (LIS).
• Experience with Standard Pumps used in Minor Irrigation.
• Strong understanding of Lift Irrigation and large-scale irrigation projects.
• Experience dealing with KNNL, CNNL, VJNL, KBJNL or similar irrigation Nigams/government bodies.
• Strong B2B/technical/project sales experience.
• Engineering degree preferred, preferably Mechanical/Electrical.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
