Role Description

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate between management and the sales team for smooth execution of business goals.
  • Monitor day-to-day sales operations, team productivity, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into qualified leads and successful closures.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, applicators, architects, and B2B clients.
  • Develop strategies for market expansion, territory growth, and new customer acquisition.
  • Share product details, quotations, pricing, and commercial information with clients.
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and payments to ensure timely conversion.
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM / Excel for leads, pipeline, follow-ups, closures, and sales performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, target analysis, customer feedback, and market insights.
  • Train, guide, and support the sales team to improve communication, productivity, and conversion ratio.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration across departments including sales, dispatch, accounts, and management.

Qualifications

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in Sales Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Sales Operations.
  • Prior experience in construction chemicals, epoxy, resin, paints, adhesives, building materials, hardware, or related industries will be preferred.
  • Strong leadership, team handling, coordination, and sales monitoring skills.
  • Fluent English communication is mandatory.
  • Good negotiation, client management, and follow-up skills.
  • Comfortable with CRM, Excel, sales reports, lead tracking, and pipeline management.
  • Target-oriented, proactive, professional, and confident personality.
  • Ahmedabad-based candidates preferred.
  • Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
