Job Summary
The Pre-Sales ELV Manager is responsible for handling complete pre-sales activities for ELV systems including client interaction, requirement analysis, solution designing, estimation, proposal preparation, tender participation, and technical support to the sales team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of ELV systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA System, Networking, BMS, AV, and IBMS solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Pre-Sales Responsibilities
Understand client requirements, consultant specifications, and tender documents.
Prepare technical solutions and system architecture for ELV projects.
Design and prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantity), BOM, and cost estimations.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and tender submissions.
Conduct site surveys and client meetings for project understanding.
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for pricing, technical support, and solution finalization.
Review drawings, specifications, and project scope.
Prepare compliance statements and technical deviations.
Support sales team during client presentations and technical discussions.
Provide value engineering and cost optimization solutions.
Prepare system schematics, single-line diagrams, and layout coordination.
Ensure proposals comply with client standards and project requirements.
Participate in pre-bid meetings and tender clarifications.
Maintain updated pricing database and vendor relationships.

Coordination Responsibilities
Coordinate with Sales, Design, and Project teams.
Liaise with consultants, architects, contractors, and clients.
Coordinate with procurement team for vendor quotations.
Support project handover to execution team after order finalization.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of ELV systems and industry standards.
Good understanding of estimation and tendering process.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and specifications.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Commercial awareness and negotiation capability.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple tenders/projects simultaneously.

Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, IT, E&TC, Instrumentation, or related field.
Experience
5 to 10 Years in ELV Pre-Sales / Design / Estimation.
