Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and manage sales operations, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating deals, guiding clients through the property purchasing or leasing process, and coordinating with team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven ability in business development, client management, and driving sales growth.
  • Proficiency in sales forecasting, market analysis, and strategy development.
  • Experience in real estate sales or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market in Gurugram and surrounding areas.
