Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurgaon for a General Sales Manager. The General Sales Manager will oversee the sales team to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, fostering relationships with clients, managing negotiations, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership and the ability to guide the team toward achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Market Analysis
  • Strong Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Leadership, Team Management, and Performance Monitoring experience
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry and Gurgaon market is a plus
