Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at Lohia Jain Group, based in the Pune Division. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with marketing teams to align objectives. Additional responsibilities include preparing sales reports, identifying market trends, and achieving targeted sales goals. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales planning, lead generation, account management, and team leadership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience in real estate, property management, or a similar industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
