Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Pune District. The Area Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and build strong client relationships. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing and mentoring a team of 12-15 sales professionals, and working cross-functionally to meet sales targets. The role demands leadership, proactive problem-solving, and effective collaboration to achieve the organization's revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales skills, solid negotiation capabilities, and proven experience in achieving or exceeding targets
  • Team leadership abilities with experience in recruiting, mentoring, and motivating sales teams
  • Effective communication and client relationship management skills
  • Strategic planning, market analysis, and business development expertise
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and a results-driven mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or a similar industry is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Willingness to travel locally as required
