Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager – B2B Bulk Sales & Distribution. The role involves identifying and developing relationships with potential B2B clients to drive bulk sales and manage distribution channels. Key responsibilities include building a robust sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, supervising regional sales operations, and achieving revenue goals. The Regional Sales Manager will also oversee the implementation of sales strategies tailored to the needs of clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate and close B2B bulk inventory deals

• Build strong distributor, wholesaler, retailer, and corporate buyer networks

• Drive regional sales growth and business expansion

• Conduct regular field visits and client meetings

• Achieve monthly revenue and closure targets

• Identify new business opportunities and demand channels

• Represent Surpluss at exhibitions, trade shows, and business events

• Mentor junior sales team members and drive accountability

Qualifications :

• Proven expertise in B2B sales, account management, and bulk distribution processes

• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

• Experience in strategic planning, client acquisition, and sales forecasting

• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies

• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance analysis

• Leadership experience with the ability to manage a team and inspire high performance

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus

• Familiarity with liquidation, supply chain, FMCG, healthcare, or inventory industry is an advantage

• Comfortable with field sales and extensive travel
