Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and driving sales efforts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, create sales strategies, and oversee the sales team to ensure high performance. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with the design team to understand client needs, present interior design solutions, and negotiate contracts.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management

Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and sales planning

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Ability to manage and lead a sales team towards achieving sales targets

Experience in the interior design or related industry is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
