Key Responsibilities:|
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team driving monthly and quarterly targets.
Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent.
Use data to drive team strategy from funnel health to pitch quality.
Monitor team health and keep motivation levels high.
Own the revenue number and forecast accurately.
Drive a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Ideal Persona:
5+ years of proven B2C consultative sales experience in the Study Abroad or EdTech domain.
2+ years in a sales leadership role managing a team.
Hands-on with CRM tools and sales dashboards.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.
Ambitious, self-driven, and resilient
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
