Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager with a strong background in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will lead a high-performing sales team, drive admissions, improve conversion rates, and oversee the complete sales funnel from lead generation to final enrollment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, motivate, and mentor a sales team of minimum 5 members.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Oversee lead qualification, follow-ups, counselling, and conversions.
- Create and implement sales strategies to improve admission rates.
- Monitor team performance through CRM reports and daily reviews.
- Train team members on pitch, objection handling, and product knowledge.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and high-quality communication.
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead flow and lead quality.
- Provide weekly MIS reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 4 years of experience in EdTech inside sales (mandatory).
- Proven experience in team handling (minimum 5 members).
- Strong communication skills with fluency in one or more South Indian languages.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, LeadSquared, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.
- Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline.
