Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Surat. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales professionals, achieving sales targets, and strengthening relationships with clients. The role involves monitoring market trends, providing strategic solutions, and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and ensure customer satisfaction. The Area Sales Manager will also be responsible for training and guiding their team to enhance overall productivity and performance.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in managing sales teams and achieving targets
- Proficiency in client relationship management and a customer-focused approach
- Analytical and strategic thinking to identify market trends and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve performance goals
- Prior experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is preferred
- Knowledge of the Surat market and the ability to build a strong local network is an advantage
