We're hiring a
Material Sales Manager to grow material sales across Kerala by working directly with professionalsfinding upcoming requirements, pitching Kolo's material categories, closing bulk orders, and coordinating delivery with our supply team.
What this role is
You will sell construction & interior materials to
architects, contractors, interior designers, and builders across Kerala. Your goal is to
get bulk orders, build repeat customers, and ensure smooth delivery with our supply team.
What you'll do
- Visit professionals, understand upcoming projects, and collect material requirements
- Sell materials across categories (cement/steel, tiles/paint, plumbing, electrical, interiors, etc.)
- Close orders and hit monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with Kolo supply team for procurement + delivery
- Solve issues fast and drive repeat orders
- Share market pricing + competitor updates with the team
Who should apply
- 2+ years field sales experience in construction/interior materials
- Strong negotiation + relationship skills
- Comfortable with targets and extensive travel
- High energy, ownership mindset
