The Sales Manager at Kbros Aristo Pvt. Ltd. will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer network, and strengthening the Aristo brand presence within the assigned region. This role demands a dynamic candidate with strong business acumen, capable of managing relationships with dealers, designers, architects, and builders.
The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales operations — from lead generation and project acquisition to revenue achievement and customer satisfaction — with a strong focus on customer growth and success. This includes understanding client needs, ensuring exceptional service, fostering long-term relationships, and creating value-driven solutions that enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and onboard new dealers, interior designers, architects, and channel partners to expand the Aristo network in the region.
Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning, pipeline management, and market coverage.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, influencers, and project stakeholders to ensure repeat and referral business.
Customer Success Initiatives: Monitor client feedback, address concerns proactively, and implement solutions that ensure a positive customer experience and long-term engagement.
Project Sales: Work closely with builders, developers, and design studios to promote Aristo products for large-scale residential and commercial projects.
Brand Representation: Uphold Aristo's premium brand image through professional conduct, high product knowledge, and consistent market engagement.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging trends to provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.
Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with design, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in interior products / building materials / modular furniture / hardware industry.
Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing dealer or project-based sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent team management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Result-oriented and self-motivated.
