Job Description: Sales Manager

  • Business Development/Client Acquisition with leading Real Estate Firms/Developers
  • Total number of ClientContract Signed
  • Total amount of Revenuegenerated
  • Maintain Trackers & Assist marketing team for lead generation
  • Organize Sales & Demo Visits.
  • Promote productapp (Connectre & Winnre) and establish network.
  • Maintain collections tracker &Weekly sync with accounts team
  • Maintain Trackers & Creating &maintaining reports
  • Coordinate with inter departmental teams to carry out smoothand steady engagement process for the home buyers as a part of an advancedmarketing solution.
  • Product knowledge
  • Maintaining Trackers& Client Data
  • Maintain relationships with clientsby providing support,information and guidance.
  • Follow up with clientsfor payments or invoice generation
  • Creating a relevant database of existing, on-going& upcoming projects of Real EstateCompanies
