Executive SummaryThe National Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the market penetration of our high-spec 46% Crude Protein Soya De-Oiled Cake (DOC). This role requires a sophisticated blend of technical nutritional knowledge and high-level corporate relationship management. You will position our product as a premium solution for Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) optimization in the breeder and hatchery segments.
Core Responsibilities- Strategic Procurement Partnerships: Identify and secure long-term supply contracts with Tier-1 poultry integrators and national feed manufacturing corporations.
- Technical Value Proposition: Articulate the benefits of our specific processing standards (KOH Solubility, Urease Activity, and Fiber controls) to client nutritionists and quality control heads.
- Market Intelligence & Pricing: Monitor national soybean crushing trends and meal demand to develop competitive, value-based pricing strategies.
- Portfolio Growth: Transition the company from a commodity supplier to a Preferred Nutrition Partner for high-performance livestock segments.
Candidate Profile- Experience: 712 years in animal nutrition, feed ingredients, or oilseed processing sales.
- Industry Network: An established network of decision-makers (C-suite and Purchase Heads) within the Indian poultry and aqua-feed industry.
- Educational Background: A degree in Agribusiness, Animal Nutrition, or a related field is preferred.
