Role Summary
JRS Global Networks Pvt. Ltd., an authorized distributor of MikroTik, Cambium Networks, Mimosa, and Grandstream, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, manage and expand channel partners, and lead the sales team across ISP, Telecom, IT Networking, and Enterprise segments. The role focuses on distributor-led sales, partner development, and achieving aggressive business targets across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for MikroTik, Cambium, Mimosa, and Grandstream product lines
- Develop and execute regional and product-specific sales strategies aligned with company goals
- Manage key accounts including ISPs, System Integrators, Telecom operators, and Enterprise customers
- Track and review sales pipeline, forecasts, MIS reports, and revenue performance
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and new product penetration
Channel & Partner Management
- Appoint, manage, and grow channel partners, resellers and system integrators
- Conduct partner enablement programs including product training, schemes, and joint sales activities
- Resolve partner issues related to pricing, availability, credit limits.
- Ensure partner compliance with company policies and sales processes
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the internal sales team
- Set individual and team targets and ensure timely follow-ups and CRM updates
- Conduct regular sales reviews, coaching sessions, and performance appraisals
- Coordinate with HR on incentives, targets, and performance tracking
Business Development
- Identify and develop new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities
- Work closely with OEMs for business planning, promotions, and market expansion
- Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and high-value deal closures
Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with finance, operations, logistics, and technical teams for smooth order execution
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, payment collections, and receivables control
- Ensure compliance with POSH (Vishaka Guidelines) and company code of conduct
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Proven experience in B2B distribution and channel sales
- In-depth understanding of Networking, Wireless, VoIP, ISP, and Telecom markets
- Familiarity with products such as MikroTik, Cambium, Mimosa, Grandstream or equivalent brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B sales (IT Networking / Telecom / ISP preferred)
- 2–3 years of experience in a managerial or team-lead role
- Experience working with System Integrators, OEMs, or channel partners will be an advantage
