Position: Sales Manager – IT Solutions

Department: Sales & Business Development

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 4–8 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth in IT solutions and services. The candidate should have experience in selling Cyber Security, Cloud Solutions, Networking Solutions, Email Security, and Facility Management Services (FMS). The role involves generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
  • Sell and promote:
  • Cyber Security Solutions
  • Cloud Solutions
  • Networking Solutions
  • Email Security Solutions
  • FMS (Facility Management Services) Solutions
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams for solution design.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline reports.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and solution selling.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage enterprise and corporate clients.
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Experience in B2B IT sales.
Preferred Technologies Exposure
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
  • Security Solutions: Firewall, Endpoint Security, Email Security
  • Networking: Switching, Routing, Wireless Solutions
  • Managed Services / FMS
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
