Role OverviewWe are looking for experienced sales professionals to drive channel development, distributor engagement, and B2B field sales in the Solar / Renewable Energy / EPC space.
This role focuses on expanding distributor networks, generating business opportunities, and closing high-value deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and expand distributor & channel partner networks
Drive lead generation through field visits and market outreach
Manage dealer onboarding and long-term relationships
Identify regional business opportunities and grow pipeline
Convert B2B opportunities into revenue
Negotiate and close commercial deals
Coordinate with internal teams for execution
Track competitor activity and market trends
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Eligibility CriteriaExperience in Channel Sales / Field Sales / Business Development
Background in Solar / EPC / Electrical / Energy / Industrial B2B preferred
Strong negotiation & partner management skills
Comfortable with travel and field sales
Freshers are not eligible
Ideal CandidateTarget-driven and execution-focused
Strong regional market understanding
Ability to generate leads & close deals independently
High ownership and relationship management skills
