Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth. The individual will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closingwhile utilizing modern sales technologies and tools. The role will also require close coordination with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to ensure high client satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and continuously refine strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
Identify, generate, and convert cold and warm leads into long-term clients.
Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities; maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data.
Employ sales automation, email outreach, and document management tools for efficiency (e.g., proposal generation, quote tracking).
Produce and deliver professional proposals/quotations; follow up on document status and closing.
Analyze sales performance data (conversion rates, deal size, cycle times) and provide regular forecasting, reports, and insights to senior management.
Collaborate with marketing to align lead generation and with operations to ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
Mentor junior sales personnel (when applicable) and contribute to process improvements in the sales function.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in service-based sales; experience in finance, compliance, or consulting domains is strongly preferred.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles independently.
Proficiency with one or more of the following tools/technologies:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
Outreach & email tracking tools Proposal / document management or CPQ systems
Dashboard/reporting tools (BI or in-CRM reporting)
Mobile/remote access to sales tools.
Strong analytical mindset; ability to draw insights from data and adjust strategy accordingly.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Traits:
Ability to build and sustain client trust and credibility.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and reporting.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools/processes.
Collaborative attitude; able to work cross-functionally.
