Position Summary

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing revenue opportunities from Jaipur and the wider Rajasthan region for room nights, corporate offsites, MICE, weddings, social events, and leisure stays at Della Resorts & Adventure, Lonavala. The role requires strong market relationships, proactive business development, and strategic account management across corporates, travel partners, wedding planners, and HNI clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Generation
Drive room, banquet, adventure, and event revenue from Jaipur and surrounding markets.
Identify and acquire new business opportunities across corporates, MICE, travel agents, wedding planners, and luxury leisure segments.
Develop a robust sales pipeline for corporate retreats, destination weddings, incentive travel, and social events.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.

Account Management
Build and nurture strong relationships with key corporate accounts, travel trade partners, event agencies, and wedding planners.
Increase share of wallet from existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling of resort experiences.
Conduct regular client meetings, sales calls, and presentations.
Maintain strong engagement with top-producing partners and VIP clients.

Market Expansion
Strengthen Della's presence in the Rajasthan luxury hospitality and MICE market.
Map market trends, competition, pricing benchmarks, and customer preferences.
Create localized sales strategies for Jaipur's wedding, corporate, and leisure segments.
Represent the brand at trade shows, networking forums, and industry events.

Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare weekly sales plans, revenue forecasts, and MIS reports.
Track conversion ratios, lead status, and account productivity.
Coordinate closely with central reservations, events, operations, and marketing teams.
Ensure CRM hygiene and timely reporting of all sales activities.

Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience in hospitality sales, luxury resorts, MICE, destination weddings, or experiential travel.
Strong network within Jaipur corporates, wedding planners, event agencies, and premium travel partners.
Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of the Rajasthan outbound wedding and MICE market.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel frequently within Rajasthan and to Lonavala as required.

Preferred Experience
Experience in luxury hospitality brands, destination resorts, or high-end event venues.
Exposure to destination wedding sales and celebrity/HNI clientele.
Existing relationships with top corporates and event planners in Jaipur.


Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

Minimum Job Experience:

5-8 years of relevant experience in hospitality sales, luxury resorts, MICE, destination weddings, or experiential travel
