Job Description

Job Title: - Senior Event Sales Manager (Wedding & Corporate Events)

Role Overview:-

Plan4Event is looking for highly driven and experienced sales professional who can convert high-value event leads into confirmed business. The candidate will handle end-to-end sales—from lead interaction to deal closure for weddings, corporate events, and large social functions.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Handle and convert inbound & outbound event leads
  • Understand client requirements (wedding, corporate, social events) and suggest suitable solutions
  • Create customized event proposals, costing, and quotations
  • Coordinate with vendors (venues, decorators, caterers, etc.) to finalize deals
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Close high-value deals (₹2L – ₹50L+ budgets)
  • Maintain proper follow-ups and lead tracking in CRM
  • Achieve monthly sales targets consistently

Required Skills:-

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi)
  • Strong negotiation and closing ability
  • Experience in handling high-ticket clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Result-oriented mindset with strong ownership

Experience Required:-

  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in:
  • Event management sales
  • Wedding planning companies
  • Hotel / Banquet sales  Proven track record of closing event deals

Location:-

  • Jaipur / On-site
