Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Trivandrum. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and creating strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, managing a sales team, preparing performance reports, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent service to existing and potential clients. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals is also a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Experience in Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Customer Service
  • Knowledge of Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Sales Forecasting
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM Software and basic understanding of analytics tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the automotive or training industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines and targets
