Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key responsibilities include identifying target markets, generating leads, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the design team to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy development, market analysis, and lead generation
  • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the interior design industry or luxury market is a bonus
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
  • Proficiency in sales software and CRM tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
  • Prior experience managing sales in a high-end or design-focused industry is preferred
