About the Role:

Nav Nirman is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Manager – Sales. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth across multiple regions by developing client relationships, delivering tailored solutions, and closing high-impact deals in the formwork and modernization solutions space.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

- Identify and engage potential clients; understand their business needs to offer tailored modernization solutions.

- Conduct technical site evaluations and feasibility studies to recommend suitable formwork systems.

- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and commercial contracts to clients.

- Negotiate and close deals ensuring profitability and high customer satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Organize and lead site visits, helping clients understand the product and its value proposition.

- Follow up proactively with leads to convert them into successful business engagements.

- Leverage industry knowledge to help clients make informed purchase decisions.

Market Intelligence & Networking:

- Stay informed about trends in the formwork industry, competitor pricing, and emerging market opportunities.

- Network actively with industry professionals to gather insights and strengthen the brand's market presence.

Candidate Profile:Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (BTech - Civil).

- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the construction or infrastructure sector.

Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for business decision-making.

- Self-driven with exceptional organizational and time management skills.

- Solid knowledge of major construction companies and practices across India.
