Job Description

Job Overview:- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through on-site visits and effective sales strategies. This role requires frequent travel to client locations and a strong understanding of the sales process in a B2B environment in IT and Cybersecurity domain specifically onto pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and IT and cybersecurity companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential business clients within the assigned territory to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct on-site visits to present and demonstrate products/services, addressing client needs and objections effectively.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B field sales or a similar role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in IT industry and Cybersecurity domain.
  • Familiarity with sales analytics and reporting tools.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
