Job Description

  • 10-15 years of proven sales experience in luxury real estate, commercial real estate, or wealth management.
  • Strong track record of closing high-value transactions (INR 15 Cr+) with HNIs, UHINIs, Family Offices, or Institutional Investors.
  • Exposure to both luxury residential and commercial sales.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and deal-structuring skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-performance sales environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align sales execution with investor needs and market trends.

Role Overview

The Vice President – Sales will be responsible for driving business development and managing investor relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Revenue Growth: Deliver sales targets by originating and closing deals across luxury and commercial assets.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and grow relationships with HNIs, UHINIs, Family Offices, and Wealth Managers.
  • Network Expansion: Leverage existing networks and forge new partnerships with private bankers, investment advisors, and global investor communities.
  • Sales Strategy: Drive investor roadshows, exclusive events, and targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Deal Execution: Manage end-to-end deal cycles — pitching, structuring, negotiation, and closure.
  • Market Insights: Provide actionable intelligence on investor sentiment, competitive offerings, and emerging trends to sharpen sales strategy.

Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Finance, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
