We are hiring

Sales Manager, India Subcontinent – New Delhi, India

Your strength

  • 5–8 years of experience in medical device sales, ideally in complex aortic or endovascular technologies
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field or equivalent experience
  • Strong clinical understanding and ability to support complex procedures
  • Experience working closely with physicians and hospital stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Flexibility to travel extensively and support procedures outside standard hours
  • Good IT skills (Excel, presentations)

Your contribution

  • Drive sales, business development, and brand growth across the India Subcontinent
  • Promote and position Artivion's portfolio (On-X Valves, BioGlue, Stent Grafts)
  • Develop new accounts and expand product adoption in existing hospitals
  • Build and manage strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
  • Support physicians in case planning using CT/imaging and clinical expertise
  • Provide on-site clinical support during procedures (cath lab / OR)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Deliver training, workshops, and educational programs to increase therapy awareness
  • Manage forecasting, stock planning, and product availability
  • Ensure high-quality customer support, including emergency case support when required
