Job Summary:..

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager/Senior Area Sales Manager to drive sales and market share growth for our Specimen Management portfolio in the Upper North region of India. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, growing and managing key accounts.

Job Responsibilities:..

. Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for the Specimen Management product portfolio within the Upper North region.
. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market penetration and increase product adoption.
. Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders, distributors, and customers, including hospitals, diagnostic labs, and research institutions.
. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and internal teams.
. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and inform product strategy.
. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
. Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
. Collaborate effectively with marketing, customer service, and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team (for Senior Area Sales Manager).
. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications:..

. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Science, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, Business Administration). A Master's degree is a plus.
. Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or diagnostics industry, with a strong focus on specimen management or related products.
. Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
. Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and developing strong customer relationships.
. Strong understanding of the Indian healthcare market, particularly in the Upper North region.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
