Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

Compensation: Up to ₹75,000 per month + incentives + travel allowance

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with prior experience in the HORECA segment (nightlife, dine-in restaurants, cafés, clubs) to drive revenue growth in the Hyderabad market. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding the business, managing strategic accounts, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives. This position requires a highly motivated professional with strong market understanding, ownership, and execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business development and sales growth in the Hyderabad market

  • Identify new business opportunities, develop market penetration strategies, and expand our presence in the region.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiations, closures, and post-sales support.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business engagement

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing

 

  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide management with insights into market trends and opportunities.

  • Represent the company in local networking events, industry meetups, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience

  • Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and account management

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Good understanding of the Hyderabad market and local business landscape

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets consistently

  • Prior experience in HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Nightlife, or Hospitality Sales) is strongly preferred.

  • Immediate joiners will be preferred

Compensation & Benefits:
