Website: https://neoffice.ai/ Role Overview We are looking for driven, high-energy Enterprise Sales Managers to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is focused on acquiring and growing large enterprise accounts, especially within IT/ITES companies, BPOs, and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building relationships, owning large deals end-to-end, and working in a fast-paced product company. Key Responsibilities ● Drive new enterprise customer acquisition across IT/ITES, BPO and GCC segments ● Engage with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin, Facilities & Operations leaders in large organisations ● Own the complete sales cycle – prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, and closure ● Identify and map target accounts using LinkedIn and other professional networks ● Build strong pipelines and consistently achieve and exceed sales targets ● Work closely with product and implementation teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term success ● Understand client pain points and position Neoffice.Ai's solutions as strategic business enablers
