Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performance B2B Sales Manager to drive enterprise and mid-market client acquisition in Hyderabad. The role requires a strong understanding of local market dynamics, ability to build relationships with corporate decision-makers, and a proven track record in closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across the Hyderabad region
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
- Develop relationships with Admin, HR, and Procurement teams in corporates
- Understand client requirements and position DeskDyne as a comprehensive solution
- Ensure smooth onboarding and initial account handholding
Market Intelligence
- Track local market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks
- Identify new growth opportunities in corporate clusters, tech parks, and business hubs
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, product, marketing) for deal closure and execution
- Maintain accurate data in CRM including pipeline, forecasts, and activities
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports
Candidate Profile
Must-Have
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong network and understanding of the Hyderabad corporate ecosystem
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Good to Have
- Experience in food-tech, SaaS, corporate services, or facility management industry
- Prior experience in selling to enterprises or mid-sized companies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
Education
- Graduate (Marketing, Business, or Commerce preferred)
