Roles And Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sales Management:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets and expand Huhtamaki's PS labels market share in the region, complement our target strategy to be No.1 player in segments.
  • Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations for expanding existing business new develop new business
  • Key Account Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major clients within the region.
  • Develop customized solutions and proposals to meet clients needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • New Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients in the region.
  • Conduct market research to understand emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements.
  • Revenue and Performance Monitoring:
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any performance gaps or challenges.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product development, Operations, and other departments to align strategies and ensure successful product launches and promotions.
  • Engage respective department heads for alignment.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business practices.

  • Achieve and exceed the revenue targets set for the region (50-60 Cr).
  • Increase market share and contribute to overall regional sales growth.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and responsive service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
  • New Business Acquisition:
  • Successfully identify and secure new business opportunities, expanding Huhtamaki's client base and market presence.
  • Generate and convert leads into profitable sales.
  • Team Performance:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they meet their individual and team goals.
  • Foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
  • Market Insights:
  • Provide valuable market insights and feedback to drive product and strategy adjustments.
  • Provide competition assessment -Analyze their strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to identify differentiation opportunities
