Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Executive who can own the customer relationship, generate leads, convert projects, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout their journey with HOH.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through field sales.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions to understand project scope
- Pitch HOH's integrated solutions Construction, Interior & Renovation services
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to deliver proposals on time
- Follow up with clients, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Maintain strong CRM data: pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and client feedback
- Represent HOH at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities whenever required
- Build strong relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Support marketing strategies and provide market insights to leadership
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in sales (Construction / Interiors / Real Estate preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills
- Customer-focused attitude with ability to handle objections confidently
- Basic understanding of BOQs, materials, and construction/interior workflows (preferred)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet strict timelines
- Proficient in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & MS Office
Education
- Graduate in any discipline
- (Technical background in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design is a plus)
