Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Executive who can own the customer relationship, generate leads, convert projects, and ensure an exceptional client experience throughout their journey with HOH.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through field sales.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and requirement discussions to understand project scope

  • Pitch HOH's integrated solutions Construction, Interior & Renovation services

  • Coordinate with design, estimation, and execution teams to deliver proposals on time

  • Follow up with clients, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet revenue targets

  • Maintain strong CRM data: pipeline, follow-ups, conversions, and client feedback

  • Represent HOH at events, exhibitions, and promotional activities whenever required

  • Build strong relationships to drive repeat and referral business

  • Support marketing strategies and provide market insights to leadership

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in sales (Construction / Interiors / Real Estate preferred)

  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills

  • Customer-focused attitude with ability to handle objections confidently

  • Basic understanding of BOQs, materials, and construction/interior workflows (preferred)

  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and meet strict timelines

  • Proficient in CRM tools, WhatsApp Business & MS Office

Education

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • (Technical background in Civil, Architecture, Interior Design is a plus)
